Ingredients
2 bagels
Spread
100g cream cheese
Topping
100g salmon
½ cucumber
½ red onion
watercress
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the bagels in halves and place them on the center rack with the insides facing up. Bake the bagels for 1 to 2 minutes until they turn (light) golden brown.
Allow the bagels to cool while cutting the cucumber into slices and the red onion into thin rings. Spread the bagels with the cream cheese. Top with cucumber, salmon, onion, watercress and arugula. Season the bagel with salt and pepper. Garnish with watercress. Delicious!
