100g beetroot hummus

1 avocado
6 radishes
½ cucumber

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the bagels in halves and place them on the center rack with the insides facing up. Bake the bagels for 1 to 2 minutes until they turn (light) golden brown.
Allow the bagels to cool while cutting the avocado and radishes into (thin) slices. Spread the bagels with the beetroot hummus. Top with the avocado and radish slices. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cress. Enjoy!
